The design firm, founded in 1968 and currently operating as Ronald A. Sebring Associates, LLC (RASA), offers Architectural, Planning and Design services to both private and public clients. The firm’s work includes historic restoration, planning, recreational buildings, governmental buildings, multifamily residential, office buildings, shops and shopping centers, industrial buildings, institutional buildings and restaurants, in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Connecticut.
We feel that attention and emphasis on detail is the reason that we maintain a continuing relationship with our clients through the years and have completed numerous successful projects for the same client. Most of the firm’s current projects are for repeat clients.
Each commission is personally supervised by a registered design professional. RASA utilizes a team approach to design. Each client is considered to be an integral participant in the design process. Likewise, during the construction phase, the contractor also is looked upon as a member of the team. The firm has found that this approach results in well-designed architecture, meeting the clients needs, budget and time schedule.
